I think this bass sounds great in some of the examples (e.g., "Billy Jean"), not so much in others ("Sweet Home Alabama). Sounds too hi-fi for the rock and blues stuff, imo, of course.

Nice -- the older Smiths (with the 2-band EQ) are definitely phatter than the newer ones with the 3-band EQ.
