My school is doing cats and I am Gus in it. I think kalhan was very good except for a couple spots. Zach was excellent except for two things. He moved his head around too fast for an old person in the beginning and he talked most of the song. he did very good making him sound old but you can sing and do that quite easily. I def give this a 9 out of 10. I have watched a few other high school performances of this song and ur the best one i've found. I def see amazing talent. =)

Jeez, I just saw some of the negative comments, which is why I need to leave another reply. I've also seen CATS performed live by professionals, and I've watched the DVD about a million times since I was 5. So, dear performers, believe me when I say that you absolutely nailed it. I thought the balance between acting and singing was exactly right. Gus HAS TO have a shaky voice because he is OLD. That's got nothing to do with bad vocals. You guys are great. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

This is amazing... I can't believe the performers are only in high school! Cats is my favorite musical and you're absolutely doing it justice!!! Keep up the wonderful work!

This coming from someone who has actually seen the Broadway performance, given a little more voice training, you two could make it big. I would love to see you in the traveling musical next time they rolled through my town. Oh and Zach, very good control with your movements. You portrayed Gus very well.
