This is a video of an East Coast Swing dance lesson at the Dayton Polish Club taught by Steve Schlautman on 2009-12-05. We reviewed 10 East Coast Swing steps in this video:
1. Basic (non-turning)
2. Basic (Turning, with 180° Right Turn)
3. Underarm Turns (Inside & Outside)
4. Swing Kicks
5. Cuddle
6. Sliding Doors
7. Belt Buckle
8. Ladies Tuck Turn
9. Bump Step
10. Windmill
Dance lessons at the Polish Club are every Thursday 7-8pm and cover a variety of dances including Waltz, Chacha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Merengue and Bolero. The Polish Club is located at 1470 Valley Street, Dayton, OH 45404.

    I think technically it is, except they start with triples instead of a rock step. Jive just seems to be a ballroom version of ECS.
