And who does those negotiations? NOT ECONOMISTS OR ENGINEERS! Thats the sort of stuff the rest of the "bureaucratic" people are for... but anyway... I give up...

when doing negotiations you need to be aggressive in a way that it shows yourself as firm but also that makes the other person not despice you. and you are right the capitalist system is making people poor but with one difference. you won't be sent to a labour camp if you complain or run away.

The Judicial Branch interprets this. The Executive Branch enforces it. The Legislative Branch creates laws to ensure these things are done.

Foreign relations=create treaties with other nations for trade. If you are bad at negotiations, the other country will take more then they give back. Other option: don't deal with other countries (isolationism). Do you know what happened the last time America was isolationist? Germany almost took over the world in WW2.+ Who decides what is right and reasonable? Government decides = dictatorship/communist. People decide = 300 million different views on what is right.

for me i think a government should do one thing. they need to act like a parent and not care whether any other countries get offended as long as they think what they did was right and reasonable.

I don't see how making a country prosper has anything to do with what I said. However, a government made up of just economists and engineers? Thats stupid. Who will ensure that our rights are protected? Who will do negotiations so not to offend other countries? Who will act as a representative for all Americans? Who will enforce laws? Who will defend us from attack? Who will determine what is lawful and what is not? Believe it or not, there is a purpose for all that government.

the way to make a country prosper is to put lot of savings and spares and put them into banks as income so gradually more money comes to build or spread. and the way wealth should be put is for needed or those in debt with large families or poor shelter. those that manage larger industries should be by the government that is made up of people who do things like constructing and economics in person rather than bureaucratically and balance generous rewards to lower classes to increase morale.

The poverty in Detroit isn't because of natural disasters, its because major companies outsourced since labor unions demanded too much pay. America is intentionally making people poor as well. The lower working class in America has always exploited. Because of capitalism, bosses are always thinking of ways to make more money. Exploitation is one of them. Its just not as noticeable because a there is now a large middle class in America. China will soon have a large middle class as well.
