i killed it with the the knife in easy mode but using like 3 heals items...the reason.... its you came to close to him to knife him his claws attack you making impossible to attack him without being hurt

resident evil zero is easier than the remake, it also has a better history, better music and better graphics. the remake is scarier than zero, it also has better gameplay, and has jill in it, that give so many points to this game. Get resident evil zero first then the remake.

I killed the centipede with only the knife in normal mode..... I also had to use my heals.... AND i had to retry like 40 times because The dumb girl kept dying like 2 slices away from me killing it.... I'm on the Bat now.... Lord knows how many knifes that bastard is going to take.

After watchin' this i did it & it was easy, before i used up all my shotgun shells and loadsa handgun bullets, what a waste, knife is the best, it makes boss battles more epic.lol.

I've seen videos lurkin' around of people killin' tyrant in resi 1 with only just a knife but i ain't viewed 'em yet.

I wouldn't have the bottle.lol.
