Hi Tim, for a more permanent fix I would replace the housing. You can get one from Saturn surplus for a reasonable cost.
By the way, it is an M35A2 truck. The (A2) being the turbocharged version of the M35. I like how it has been modified. The "bobbed version is a nice idea.

Sometimes, I take the harder route. Sort of a curse I guess. LOL. But yeah, I did replace the housing not long after this video was made. The existing one had a lot of bad rust inside of it, hence the pinhole. The fuel tank also has issues with rust. Filters get clogged way too soon and the engine will then stall. So, Im looking at having a custom stainless or aluminum tank made by a welder. I'm not surprised, these old rigs sitting around for years with a steel tank. Bound to rust.
