I listen to this song while practicing holding plank . Yes, I hold for the whole song. Yes, it's hard. That's why I listen to this song. Plus its almost exactly 5 minutes which is what i needed time wise :)

@disiscotown if you understand what they are saying, but only if it is a nondenominational one, most denominations have turned from teaching what the bible says are are now doing tradition says. if you don't then my church's web site is life churches . com, and if you go to the media link it has past sermons on there, and a great online bible is found at bible gateway . com (both links are without spaces)
