Snare drum head sounds like it was tightend with a torque wrench! I like a nice snap - crackle - pop cinched up snare head with some good attack, but man come on, not so tight, give that thing some life, loosen it just a bit and gain a lot more depth and resonance. Then u can always tell the sound guy to throw a SM57 on it and give it some reverb and gate it. The snare in this vid sounds almost like a piccolo snare, not for this type of music, think primus, red hot chili peppers, no doubt, etc

@PIRTEKM3 No kiddin! If i was the bassist i would have been thinking 'Lag, lag, lag.... as in use your other leg too dammit!' You can see by watching the drummers knee action that shes side stepping the pedal trying to flutter it for that single/triple sound which does sound 'politically correct' and is way easier to do using both kicks versus working your ass off on your primary kick alone....
