宇宙の責任者への告訴状

1■宇宙創造は、違法行為である。
よって、その責任者を「業務停止処分」に処すべきである。

宇宙創造という行為は、後述する「宇宙法」の条文に明らかに違反するものであり、かつまた現在運営されているその業務内容は、後述する「各種基本法」に違反するものである­。


2■物質宇宙の創造は「宇宙法第一条から第三条」の全てに、違反をしている違法行為である。

また宇宙法第四条に違反し、その責任者は責務を果たしていない。

かつまた創造管理行為のその細部では、
次に掲げる違法行為が放置されている。

【「下等生物保護条例」に違反する違法行為、および下等生物に対する「侮辱罪」「基本的生物権」の侵害】

1-生物学的な差異において、上位に位置する生物が、相対的に下等生物であると認識した生物に対して、「対向不能な能力差」を示すことで、その生物を愚弄したり、からかい­などの行為を行ったり、
その生物の中に「信仰心」等の「不当感情」を生み出すことは、「下等生物保護条例」の定めるところにより、かたく禁止されているにも関わらず、責任者がその違法行為を行っ­たこと。


2-生物からその「思念および感情波(ルーシュ)」を、無断で搾取することは、かたく禁じられているにも関わらず、その違法行為を行ったこと。
また、その手段として「不法DLPシステムの使用」を責任者が行ったこと。
これは「ソピアーの過失事件」として知られる違法行為である。


3-宇宙創造法令において、「苦痛を感知する生物」の製作は許可されているが、
「苦痛を観察する生物」の製作は不法行為と定められている。
すなわち、GPP禁止協定に対して、責任者による違反行為があったこと。


4-宇宙を二極分割した違法行為により、
「宇宙卵に対する器物損壊罪」が既に成立していること。


5-詐欺罪の成立。
宇宙には目的はないにも関わらず、「いつかは進化する」という先物取引商法によって、多くの生物を労働させた、詐欺罪で創造責任者を告訴する。

この宇宙には、せいぜいあっても、それは、「不始末の後始末」のみであるという事実を隠蔽し、多くの生物に「魂や物質の進化」というありもしない「進化論の幻想」を抱かせ­た大罪は、悪質な詐欺罪に相当する。

宇宙法-第一条・・・宇宙を、分極してはならない。また宇宙卵を破損してはならない。

宇宙法-第二条・・・万一、宇宙が分極しても、宇宙を活動させてはならない。

宇宙法-第三条・・・万一、不作為の事故等により活動が生じた場合には、すみやかに、その活動を停止しなければならない。

宇宙法-第四条・・・前条の宇宙の活動停止の各種措置は、その創造の責任者自らによってなされねばならない。

第十三条・・・自らよりも下位次元に存在する下等生物に対して上位に在る生物は、いかなる不法搾取をも、してはならない。


第二十七条・・生物設計に当たってはDLPシステム(知覚軸分離行為)と、GPPシステム(苦痛の自己認識回路)の設計とその使用を永久に禁止する。

The universe that what now you watches exists in cell of the system which yourself made.

Such a hypothesis is possible, too.

In this case WE have responsibility for the own universe that WE made.

However, I do not support this hypothesis.

The universe that there was by a mistake is the same as a wrong mathematics formula.

In other words all creation which occurred wrong formula is error.

Therefore, there is not a step except that we wait for current universe being ruined.

However, in me, outlook on another universe exists.

It is the hypothesis that "We exist in in the universe which ourselves designed"

For example, it resembles in the state that we smuggle ourselves into inside of the computer which ourselves designed.

In addition, it resemble to the state which we smuggle ourselves into in cell of body of the creature which ourselves designed.

In other words we entered microworld in order to inspect a system of Universe that we made.

The perturbation is not like emotion and a pain of a human .

However, all material continues moving from an atom to a human obviously.

It means that balance of "this universe" is broken.

In other words all creation cannot be settled down.

Many people take existing stuff to be right.

They want to think that "a grand entity or right physics principle than themselves" made this Cosmos.

However I recognize this universe to be the work which merely failed.

An big error happened in calculation.

My definition about a pain___

I do not define only a pain by nerve cell as a pain.

I define the behavior that vegetation pursues a sunbeam in as starvation of vegetation.

In addition, I define an electron flies perimeter of atomic nucleus as starvation.

In other words I doubt legitimacy of all things in nature law itself of universe.

I am not based on the both.

I recognize that this world was made as "an experiment" of some kind.

But, I cannot agree to the experiment purpose.
