Building A Team - Certified Field Training

Now that you joined your Pre-Paid Legal business, it's important to engage with the CFT program as quickly as possible. That's Certified Field Training program. And the reason why that was developed is to allow everyone to have a duplicatable system. A system that will work for everybody, not what just works, but will duplicate throughout your organization. That means someone from California could do it with someone who was in Washington, D.C. It could happen 10 levels below you. And also someone with a GED could perform this with someone who has a Ph.D.
