No problem, if you haven't done it allready there'll be a Sniper Mission somewhere after that. Don't use the sniper becouse there'll be many thugs at a time. And the guy your going to protect can only take one hit. So What I did was "Screw that" Jumped down, run away a bit so I have sight on every Enemy. Grab the Assault Rifle (I hope you have it) and just go nuts on every enemy. Tough, I prefer using the Slow-mo Drug if you want to save some time. ^_^

With Marcus Hill and the Drug Leaders/Gang Leaders, after using the silenced pistol to kill the guards walking on the roofs? If you mean that one, I got an Idea that worked for me. If you stand where you took the picture of everyone else. There's a small platform nearby with a ladder you can stand on. And there you try to get as close as possible and then take the picture.
