Wow, it's excellent to hear music where the theremin doesn't sound like just a sound effect. The music itself also reminds me a bit of Portishead.

Hmm. Not sure if she's using her ePro in this vid. There's a glimpse of the volume loop at 0:43 and it's not at enough of an angle to be an ePro. This might have been filmed before she upgraded, in which case I'd say it's a Moog Etherwave Standard (still in production and a jolly decent instrument to boot.)
