It sounds to me like she's feeding the signal through a delay pedal. Delays are the theremin's best friend! I use them all the time.

Hmm. Not sure if she's using her ePro in this vid. There's a glimpse of the volume loop at 0:43 and it's not at enough of an angle to be an ePro. This might have been filmed before she upgraded, in which case I'd say it's a Moog Etherwave Standard (still in production and a jolly decent instrument to boot.)
