This is message to all the young struggling gay teens out there, telling them they are not alone, and giving them a push to be strong. I share my personal expereince so others may know that they are not alone, and its easy to be told that it will be okay, but it doesn't hide how hard it is.
@EngrishSongs Good job! did u figure that out by yourself or did you have help? You get a gold star!

@lightandbeautiful I assume that you are not gay or homosexual, hence your slightly flawed understanding of what is someone's sexual identity first, 'behaviour' perhaps second. Would you use your same criterion to analyse a 'heterosexual' person? There isn't really any 'agenda' or 'flowery rhetoric', just the reality of there being gay or lesbian people in the world, alongside 'straights'.

Many people who consider themselves homosexual or "gay" choose to build their identity around that particular behavior, that one aspect of their lives.
They confuse their sexual behavior with their sense of self, so that if anyone disapproves of their behavior (homosexuality) then it's seen as a personal attack.
A person does not need hatred or any kind of phobia in order to oppose the homosexual agenda, which is fueled by empty, flowery rhetoric.

I applaud you for sharing your story and being open. It is important for us to be open so others struggling can see they are not alone. It does suck but we cannot feel we are the only ones who have been born the way we are and it is easier said than done. I am in the process of trying to start a nonprofit organization to prevent suicide among LGBT teenagers. I am only 21 years of age but strongly feel it is up to me to do this and keep fighting to make it a better world one day for all of us.

i'm not gay myself, so i can't say i know how you feel, but i hope this piece of advice may help,
although gay people are still getting bullied for being gay, alot of more people are accepting of gays (like me :) )
the acceptance of gay people has come a long way, and will continue, until everybody, gay straight, bi or lesbian, will be concidered equal by EVERYONE x
