i wanna buy one any kind of special treatment like oil does it get rusted ? or is stainless steel ?

Hi Sesshoumaru17! All sword blades, functional or not will rust if you do not take care of the blade. If you cut something, always wipe it down. To keep any blade in good condition, there is a special oil called Choji oil. If you do not have any of this oil, you could use WD40 too, but Japanese oil is alway better (Choji). You would also need a cotton cloth to apply the oil.
