Georgie Fame & Blue Flames - Yeh, Yeh (Original)

"Yeh, Yeh" was first recorded as an instrumental by Mongo Santamaria in 1963. When lyrics were added the following year, Britain's Georgie Fame (aka Clive Powell) and his back-up band the Blue Flames picked the tune up and ran with it all the way to #1 in the UK, and he enjoyed some moderate success with it here in the US peaking at #21 in January of 1965.
