do you have to aplly a base? or can you just put the eyeshadow alone?

i apply a base so that the shadow lasts longer and looks brighter. if your eye shadow stays perfect all day without it then you don't need it

it's a special nail that they have. its like a press on. i don't wear acrylic nails.
