Pretty powerful song, my brother was a prem baby and spent many months with tubes and all sorts sticking out of him so this song really gets to me. Tough times.

This song was originally written when the lead singer's baby was born premature and had to be incubated for a while, hence the title. The words describe everything that him and his partner went through while their baby was in hospital - awesome song and beautiful lyrics - i feel like crying whenever i hear this song.
