  • @possum440 Fuck you. The kid was on meds that fucked him up and he shouldnt have been at practice at all. Its his parents dumbass fault for letting him go out there. Stinson was an amazing coach and im proud to have played for him until he stepped down...once again, Fuck You

  • good call

  • omfg that crying is annoying

  • Bottom line, the coach should be in prison. He kows he got lucky with a weak minded jury sympathetic to him. Maybe we should have put some vets in charge or some nfl players or hey, how abpout some doctors worth a shit in that trial. Coach better be thanking whatever he thanks that he got away with murder.

  • i know. i was also answering those who asked why max didn't just say he couldn't do it. of course he couldn't do that. the only reason this was brought in front of a judge and jury was due to one violation. the coach will learn from it though. sit on the side lines and bark the order. i wish these coaches would also do the sprints. i have seen other coaches do it. having water and resting doesn't take away the temperature. i feel so sad for those parents and for all involved as well.

  • The jury did the right thing! The whole story is sad. I know lots of agressive coaches, but none that would harm a child on purpose. Being christian does remove one from responsibility. I know the parents are broken harted. But adding insult to injury will not cure them. I pray for all invovled!

  • he did. (also read above) violated regulation of heat and practice.

  • con'td again...

the only thing i can see is him clearly violating the regulations. he made they boys run extra laps or sprints in 94 degree weather and if Max would have said "coach i can't, i don't feel well" he knew he would get yelled at and called a pussy from him and the rest of the team. that is the issue. i think he is a good man, but i also think he fucked up.

  • I read he broke no rules.

  • that's true...but what would have happened if he said "coach i don't feel well, i can't run" seriously. he would have been yelled at and called a pussy i bet. also, if you are going to call from the side lines to do extra sprints in 94 degree weather. do it with the boys. sargeants run with their men in the army at basic training. i think this case went too far and it was a tragedy but he would never do time anyway. it's football.
