My best guess is the rich assholes that control the government (law making) are some of the same jerks making a fortune selling the stuff (tax free) & then making even more coinage by convicting, fining & sentencing us poor slobs for getting a buzz . People who are just trying, for a precious moment, to escape the oppression & fear that is caused by the same rich bastards.They really have us running in circles.
