it is a very nice national orchestra.I am Azerbaijanian.I am playing Azerbaijaninan Kemanche near to erhu.I'd like to find one of bass instrument in your orchestra like cello.Please send me some information in this matter if it is possible for you.

How can you say music isn't about the musician? "It's about the music not YOU!." So, what you're saying it's that the appearance also matters. But, if it's about the music, who care how she looks if the music she's playing is wonderful? It's about the music, I agree, but how the music can be well played if the musician can't express himself (or herself)? Some musicians don't need to be that expressive, but some yes.
