Official promo video from the "Illud Divinum Insanus" album (2011).
The video was conceptualized by Morbid Angel and video director Thomas Mignone (Slipknot, Mudvayne, Avenged Sevenfold) and produced through his production company DOOM Incorporated. Mignone filmed the band in Tampa. Digital compositing and post-production was then done in Los Angeles with editor & visual efx artist Christopher Neil. The look and style of the video is reminiscent of the classic, silent horror films era, and features the intricate sculptures of artist Krystopher Sapp. The cinematographer was Michael Ferrera. Make-up design FX were created by Rebecca McGillicuddy.

We're never gonna get albums like Altars Of Madness, Blessed Are The Sick or Covenant again. But It is so great to have David Vincent back in the band for the live shows. GREATEST DEATH METAL BAND EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The video itself is interesting and quite well done, pity the same cannot be said of the song and the album. I'm just hoping it's an one-off and not a new direction to be explored over several albums.
