Yeah you're first place left handed to my knowledge, I"m second with 560k (I have vid on channel) and you have 563k however I just got a 562k with your whammy method :P I'm taking it
Ha I have no idea if that's good or not I haven't played that song in ages. Did you say I was 1st place lefty score on it earlier? Or on the PM on SH? Because I honestly don't even remember trying to squeeze it O.o
my method sucks, I just flip the whammy bar downwards so that I can put hte flat of my hand on it, and use it like that... still can only get 560k on BiF :(
I've got a way to whammy as a lefty without having to upstrum and you can still hit whammy notes even in fast strumming. You have you adjust your wrist to be a bit more perpendicular to the strum bar, and when you hit the sustain that you need to whammy, you jiggle the whammy bar with the area of your hand that runs along the side with the thumb. If you take your finger to the center of your thumb on your palm side and run it down to your wirst, you'll run along the bulge in your hand. Use that
Yep. Can't really do much for the whammying that comes after fast strumming sections, but for Slow/medium sections before a held note, I switch positions so that I'm strumming with all upstrums while holding the whammy bar before the sustain note comes, then I whammy after hitting the note on an upstrum, then move back to normal Alt. Strumming position after I get the whammy.
Wow I'm competing against frets for score XD
