  • When are you and Jedd going to the RKC? One quick thing though, some of the instructors counting the snatch test won't count any of those reps in this video because there is no complete lockout up top..

  • How do you keep the Kettle bell from smashing the crap out of your wrists? Is there a trick to it or are pads like you have on the only option? I really want to try this. Thanks.

  • good pacing man, good breathing and good posture. You'll really cut down the impact if you helicopter the bell at the top rather than pop it over.
