@TheWindupDream, I'd say against Rafa Fed's BH is a liability due to Rafa's heavy topspin that results in bounces that quickly exit Fed's hitting zone. Hitting BHs above the shoulder isn't easy for anyone so vs. Rafa Fed's BH looks absolutely mortal but in truth he's got an exceptional BH and when it's on (as it was during the first 2 sets vs. Novak at the USO this year) he's able to hit winners off that wing, no one hits the BH smash better, his slice is effective too.

Couldn't care what any idiots say on youtube, Roddick was at his best in 2003/2004. His game works so much better being aggressive, he's so passive these days. And on top of that, he moved 10x better in 2003.

Na, just wondered what you thought - some people thought that Roddick was playing better than ever on hardcourts than ever; players have got better.
Personally, i feel if Roddick was playing his best on hardcourt, then his match at AO09 this year with Federer would have been closer - because in the past he has done better (US06). So that means Federer isn't really any better...........
