Crazy thought: maybe if women didn't take far more time off, work fewer hours per week, take maternity leave, resign altogether to become full-time mothers, etc., etc., etc., then this "discrimination" might disappear.

The answer to the pay disPARITY (Please learn the difference between disparity and discrimination) is simple ladies. Work like MEN. The hard-hats, the scaffolds, the trawlers, the rigs/platforms and the grimy mineshafts await. Discrimination is true! Woohoo! Men have to do WORK. Women have to do OFFICE work.
