Hello, I have one question about Koman-Fierze ferry, is there a reservation needed for ferry or we just can come and buy a ticket at the harbour in Koman?

Yes, it does, same as 2D video would, few years from now.
I allways look at the time when the video was published before i make any comment regarding the quality.

Any idea what time the ferry leaves Komani and when does it leave back?
Does it run on Sundays?

Normally they live at 09am (the small one for passagngers only) and soon after, around 10am is the ferry. They leave from Koman via Fireze, Tropoje. And back from Fierze to Koman they leave 6am the small one and 7am the bigger one. Now during the summer time they do the trip twice i think! I still have the card of "Anija Tropoja and the guys you can contact are Elidon Tonini, number 00355 683699995, or 00355693511115. Hope it helps.
