Kinda hand fitted? Right....If you have a python to shoot leave this on be, but if you don't I would go ahead and shoot it. You will not regret it. You are already degrading the "new in box" condition by dragging the cylinder around the bolt, its been shot, you will clean it any way, don't deprive you self. Thats a great price, I am jealous of course.
