Grid, It will not heal automatically but it makes targetting raid members easier, and it shows their percentage of hp on their window too.

@yatak1000 Not really, 25 was just slightly harder but the only reason for that was numbers and since 25 dropped better gear there was really not that big of a difference. Although communication must be better ofcourse so that made it slightly harder although not nearly "heroic".
