I used to have all his vids. Mcneil's syle is very relaxed insomuch that it sometimes looks a bit sloppy. I remember he got some criticism from other Hsing - i guys about this. But it just goes to show you that there is no one orthodox way of doing Hsing - i.

@chrisl38 He talks about how he works on his footwork so he's VERY FAST and he teaches people this too. I havent heard of the animals he teaches about though very interesting. And he teaches Tai Chi as well

I have never seen this guy before but his moves look as if they could do some damage.

Hi Milder,
Not if you are thinking of BJJ/wrestling, but he is very cognizant of there existence. His Chi Na tends to be more of the fast snap/limb damage and back to punching ilk.
Yes, coconuts are very easy to break just hit them on the joint with a palm heel - not even worth studying to be honest. Some people make this out to be a high art - it isn't. Many people can achieve this without any hand conditioning.

Does he do any grappling? His Iron Palm training isnt as long as most other iron palm trainers. I wonder if he can break coconuts and stuff i think ive seen him break alot of bricks so i guess he could break a coconut iwth his palm and boards iwth his finger tips He told me its just a matter of were to strike.
