This is about the illegal removal of Baby Nnona who's mother organized the Baby Nona Mothers Day Protest to gain national attention to CPS corruption.Winona Grant's case was a high profile case in 1977, when the courts removed her 5 children without one shred of evidence.She sued the Suffolk County Judge and won.Now comes Suffolk County Court accusing her daughter Winona Palmoitti as being one in the same as her Mother.She has had her daughter removed with the sworn statement of a case worker who has offered no evidence what so ever to support her claim.The evidence that has been entered is a history of the original case against her Mother accusing her of being "aka Winona Grant.CPS uses the visitations to damage the child by not allowing mother and daughter to visit after Winona drives from Ohio to New York.They refuse to confirm the visits via phone.Mom drives all the way there anyway to be told it's been cancelled.Then she'll receive a letter in the mail saying "you refused to show".They'll also change the visit day and send notice in the mail, mailing it on the day of the visit.When Mom says "That's it! I'm not driving 15 hours again unless they confirm the visitation" They are 'unavailable' to take a call from her.Then they will send a letter saying you refused to show for the visit.Baby Nnona's Mommy has far from given up because she knows the law a lot better than what they think she does!
