It's not that I don't want to post a tutorial, it's that I don't remember exactly what I did. I can tell you what I do remember. The film strip is actually a scan of a piece of film, which is then fixed up in photoshop. The movement was done either with a wiggle expression, or I may have done it the hard way and keyframed it. The film strip was combined with video elements and a grunge element. I played with the blend modes as well. Hope that helps. Curious to see MagicianFlip69 breakdown of it.
