  • I have this strange problem where I can see the glass shatter when I just click A but when I render it, the glass disappears upon collision with the ball

  • @pivotperson007 try to bake the particle system

  • Do you have to take a different approach for a cylinder? I followed your tutorial but with a cylinder instead, and can't seem to get the glass to shatter. Does the explosion modifier need to be on top? It told me that it wasnt on top and I said that was fine, and to go on. Should I have moved it? Or is this not working because I'm using a cylinder instead of a plane?

  • in the modifier settings, you have the possibility to arrange the modifier order by pressing the small icons with an up or down arrow. Your explode modifier needs to be under your particle system.

  • Do you really need the displacment modifier?

  • If you don't want all the shards to look the same...

  • Nice tutorial. Very good

  • When i press N and make it 90 degrees nothing happens.

  • I can barely understand you (no offense)

  • If you put tan to 1.0 in glass's particle buttons, it looks much more realistic!!

  • can you make this for car crashes i am making a car game ;-)

  • why everything fall not only the collision place?
