Chord strumming/slapping technique

I don't have the tab for this song, so please don't ask me for that. The chords I play here are figured out by myself.

*My guitar is tuned half-step down here, so Capo 1 would just return it to the regular tuning of EADGBE. Therefore, don't worry about the capo.

WTF? G, D, Em, D, C, G, C, D you definately played C. If you play in repeat progression of G, D, Em, D, you'll hear the song getting distorted.

Now about your strumming techniques, no one strum downwards with their thumb. You use your index finger. Only strum upwards with the back of your thumb.

Now your slapping technique. Don't palm your guitar, use either your fingers or your finger joints (phalanges). Full palming will slow down your strumming speed and makes it sound awful.

normal Em is played by pressing the 4th and 5th string on the 2nd fret ( strings counted from the bottom) :)
