hey MM, we also hire out equipment which is a big part of our business, what i want to be able to do is have all my gear listed and when someone books an event it corsses off the list for the date, can this event planner do that? so i cant double book

I've just started the trial and the software seems great - it does EVERYTHING!
Can you do some more videos on how to get the program up and running e.g. how to set up a contract.

I've been using this for over a year now and dig it. I really only use it right now for a contact page on my site, as well as to track clients and their payments, meetings, gigs, venues, etc. Very customizable, too. I've used it to remind me to contact previous clients about annual events, which has gotten me extra business during this slow economy. It's $100 WELL spent.
