You do an excellent job with your girls hair! I think I HAVE FOUND A NEW BEST FRIEND :-) Iam a black mother and I don't even know how to take care of my daughters hair...I know how to do all the braids...but once I strayed away 4um natural N did the unthinkable (perm), it's been down hill 4um there. I just want 2 thank you for sharing your wealth with the public. You inspire me. Thank you!

When I saw you bust out the coconut oil, girl I was so proud!!! I LOVE that you've committed to keeping your daughter's hair natural and are learning what it takes to do so! Beautiful. :)

i love your model
Not trolling, just asking a genuine question but doesn't all those tight bands pulling her hair make it very sore later in the day?

@TheMandaxx - if you did this on someone who had never had their hair done like this it would probably get irritating feeling by the end of the day - I know that I am always ready to take out my hair things (ponytail or whatever) by the end of the day. But my girls have been getting their hair braided and done like this since they were tiny and they don't even notice it.

how did you learn to do ethnic hair so well?
smlt4everblessed 1 year ago
@smlt4everblessed - I learned out of necessity, I have 3 adopted children and we can't afford to pay someone else to do their hair so I taught myself how to do it. I do my sons hair too :)
