@jfranax blackmoore wasnt neo classical granted he tryed to emply classical influence into his solos it was more experimental than a straight up neo classical sound, yngwie still gets all the credit he deserves for inventin neoclassical metal, and is justified with every album

@AnTechLG Hi there, it's Jeff Scott Soto. First Malmsteen singer from the mid 80s who later went on to sing for Talisman and Journey.

The original is amazing but I must say that Yngwie and Jeff Soto do a fantastic job personalizing this cover. It's a very very excellent record by them.
