Nobody takes note of the fact this drunkard was charged and convicted in FOUR separate charges of DUI, and was given a slap on the wrist each time. This is whats wrong with America's ''justice'' system. If just ONE of those cowardly judges had the BALLS to put him away, he would have never been able to kill anyone. For everyone who is talking politics and racism. Please be quiet for a minute. This has nothing to do with race or whether your illegal or legal. A mother has lost her daughter to a DRUNK DRIVER.
