The ear speaker and sensor doesn't work because you broke ribbon #3 connector not because of the housing swap.

I have the same housing and I have the same gap up at the top. everything else is perfect.

the same thing with the gap happened to me hahaha look at my vids lol
so all you do is, put double sided tape on the front and back, then super glue the gap and clamp it, put the clamp where the double sided tape is just so clamps dont slip.....it worked for me, lol i got a gold bezzle though...

GAPPAGE :D haha .. nice one, I just replaced mine for a green one using the 'directfix' vid as a guide. you clearly done it well replacing the bezels and the speaker grills.. its annoying that the fitting doesn't stay flush on that top corner next to the power button :( I might change mine back to the original because of that.. and my power button and silent switch are a bit difficult to press.
