Its a shame that india has fallen to this level. Where such a small incedence is blown out of proportion by the foreign funded leftist media.

The same media is silent when a muslim girl was attacked in mumbai mall by fanatic islamist for having a tattoo or when sister abhya was raped in kerala by the christian priests in the church or even when taslima nasreen was attacked in public by muslim MLA's.

actually i think that this particular group was formed out of a sense of helplessness about increasing communalisation of politics and media coverage at large.

infact it strikes me that you talk about these incidents while ignoring mangalore pub attacks, the suicide of the girl who was harassed in the bus because she spoke to a guy from a different religion.

could this be because that would involve looking at hindu right more seriously and acknowledging their dangerous fanaticism

Thanks for posting. I'm following this story with real interest. A suggestion for future posts. Instead of having such a long single shot, it might be more interesting to break it up into several shots, none lasting more than about 5 seconds. Don't do so much moving (or zooming or panning). Instead stop the camera, zoom in or out, change the angle, and then start filming again. Intermix close ups of the pink chaddis with close ups of the woman watching or of the words written on the paper.

Yes, the leftist media can be very selective in what they report, especially if it embarrasses their beloved "religion of peace" (though they also underplay Hindu violence against Christians and anti-conversion laws being passed). But the reason the media took notice of this is that the women ensured it would be. They not only embarrassed the perpetrators personally and sent a message against violence but they caused this movement international embarrassment. Those women are an inspiration.
