I think the Paleo-diet is better. We developed eating and needing animal protein, for our brain and our cells. When we started to keep animals as prisoners on farms instead of going out to hunt them in the wild, things started getting out of hand like now. Back then when Man hunted, we used to respect the animals as brothers and thanked them for the sustenance their lives provided. Now we see them as biological machines. And soul-less. And Factory farming is the monstrous end result.
