Wow, with such a technique you can win Tour de France!!!
-
damn dude.. do u clean ur room?
-
YOUR GOOD!!

@manchesterkk20 I get your point about making full circles, but concerning the heel down style, doesn't it engage more muscle groups, thus using more energy and ultimately adding to fatigue? I'm concentrating a bit more on my stroke this season after joining a randonneur club. Thanks in advance for your reply. Cheers.

Remember to make full circles and pick up your foot. You also need to get your heels down because power comes from your heels.

CAAD 9 . LA MIA PREFERITA
-
what the hell are you doing?
-
Looks like a student
-
heh, clean your room young man!
-
The problem seems to be that the bike is stuck inside a house on a metal frame and no matter how hard the rider pedals he just can't get the machine to move.
-
dont push so much, keep it leveled, are u a climber, critt rider, or all around type of rider?

I'm surprised people are saying fast pedalling as its only about 92rpm which is of course probably an optimum average but certainly not fast. Fast is 105 plus, I would say. And i might be imagining it but your right leg looks quicker than your left. Of course for pedalling technique rollers are better than turbo. Turbo better for power sessions so one can concentrate on powering rather than worrying about going dizzy, blurry eyed and falling off. However given that you are a pro I shud shut up!!

Haha, you're all gay cyclists. Go hug a tree.

@xtelevisionset Lets see you ride a bike, I bet your just another fat lazy bastard who has all the time in the world so he comes and trolls online. Go outside...
-
@TheCyclingMonster For a dumbass
-
yeah cannondale!
-
Nice job on the PRO!
-
Looks fine to me.
A lot better for evaluation if you were on Rollers instead of a Trainer.
-
@cjaten Hahahaha yea right!
-
wat gear do you do tat in,tanks and 4 how long

Hey, I notice no one has responded to this, but we don't see enough of your legs to really tell. Your knees aren't visible at all to tell their position in relations to your pedal axle or even the actual extension of your legs.... Your feet seem to carry through the strok pretty good, but still we don't see enough of the legs to really tell.

@cjaten cat 1?
-
@friesngravy It wasn't me that said I race pro. It was cjaten.
-
@xtelevisionset so are you category two or one?
@diesel11679 & @shokey957 no this is my town bike now, that was a long time ago. I was on a team Bicycle Haus Racing as part of a two man U25 program and I did some racing with RideClean p/b Patentit.com. This was my first year but did a bunch of NRC races

You suck.

@xtelevisionset I know I do. Especially now that I'm racing pro/1.

Good cadence rate, pedaller rather than a pusher. Use your high pedal rate (especially if you are small and light) to sprint as early as possible as you approach the crest of a hill for a psychological advantage. Recover on the downhill.

Thanks for the feedback, my pedaling looks different now after two hard years of racing and training. But you're right about the fast pedaling.

Actually ur seat post might be a tad high. Your using ur toes to finish a full pedal and your rocking a little too.

Thank you for the feedback. Looking at it, it does seem that my seat was too high. I've seen my pedaling in a video of track racing and it seems that I pedal with flatter down stroke now. Maybe I have just fine tuned my seat post height. I need to stop Merckxing my seat post and get it set.
