My TV WONDER VE card doesn't work on Windows 7 anymore. I got a Dazzle* DVC-100 USB capture device instead.

are there any capture cards that can record at least 720p for less than $1000? I have one that came with some Pinnacle package I bought a long time ago (also came with a green screen).

ATI TV Wonder Pro?
Can it record any better than 720x480 NTSC or 720x576 PAL? Like 1280x720 or anything close to that?

I bought another capture card. Is there a way to change the aspect ratio it records in? Does it matter if the signal is coming out of the TV or the console?
