"Clear" is a self enduced labotomy without the actual sergery! That sounds like a simple yet true defetintion of "Clear".
That isn't what they want you to think but thats what it is.

"Clear" from what I gather in the little research I've done is actually someone who has finally been totally stripped of any indentity and ends up a scientology robot. And at the same time thinks he\she is better than human and is convinced he/she "KNOWS" and is willing to do whatever it takes to save the planet. Which means to keep making money for those who actually run the cult. But the "Clear" is totally blind to the con that it truely is.

Everyone eventually leaves at one stage or another. The loss and mental stress is big. In my view people leave before they actually reach "Clear" which is good. But actually it is a moment of Clarity that helps them leave. It isn't that there is no "Clear" as much as it is "Clear" is total loss of oneself. And that is ironic since the purpose is to find yourself. It's the con of all cons. It's killing people, breaking up families, and bankrupting them. And abusive. Self exploitation willingly.

Actually, Hubbard's 'thoughts' regarding Scientology weren't, for the most part, his own. He 'lifted' many of his ideas from Hinduism, Christianity and other religions, not to mention, out of date Psychological ideas, like psychoanalysis.
