The GoPro camera was fitted to a custom mask mount. It gives a better POV than a gun mounted camera in my opinion.
The majority of the fish are butterfish. The Pink one is a butterfly perch.
The conditions were less than ideal, with visibility ranging from 1 - 4 meters. Video shot at Kapiti Island, New Zealand.

  • why was everything pink?

  • @martiniceify Due to the editing software used. The colour looked right when I did the "auto colour" filter, but should probably have watched the whole video before posting it.

  • What setting on the go pro was this shot with?

  • @KeezFreediver Most of this was taken at 1080 wide 30 fps. The rest was at 720 wide 30fps.

  • ma come cazzo ammazzi i pesci tu?

  • @hurricane1986l Basta rompere il collo

  • @adidasDC Indeed. You don't really hear it when I do it, as I have a hood on.

  • The cracking of the fishes spine sound and looks pretty fucked up in HD lol

  • @Opinel9876543210 Sure is. I'm using the eye of mine housing which comes with a flat lens already installed.

  • Please, is there a flat lens on your gopro hd 2 ?
