Yokota Air Base Japanese-American Friendship Festival 2009 横田基地日米友好祭

Digest of the festival held on Aug. 23, 2009 (second day). Stage entertainment with the Tanabata Dancers in Hangar 15, entering the C-5 Galaxy, C-130 landing, and flight demos by fighter planes and helicopters. This is so cool to see. I was stationed at Yokota in 1981 -1983 One of my best assignments and I always looked forward to the festival each year

When I was stationed there from 96-98, Stevie Wonder played in this exact hanger!! Great assignment....would do it all over again...great place to live and work!!
