@KLsemperFi7 ahem, mister I recieved one of your comments regarding my comments on this uni joint. Have a good look at what is happening here. Do you see that over a full revolution of a universal joint that the input will maintain a constant velocity - speed at which its turning. On the other hand the output is changing ever 90degrees of ever full revolution, slower then faster, slower then faster. The double carden is actually constant velocity, but its issues are in the dual pivot point.

@argghhhh1 - Yes, but I don't happen to know what it is.
Also, traditional universal joints don't translate speed properly when bent, and this problem gets progressively worse as the angle increases.
Newer CV joints always translate speed right, but they probably still have a maximum angle.
