Warm-Up to Stretch. Don't Stretch to Warm-Up. Stretching before exercise is NOT the safest and soundest of systems. Always assure that your muscles and tendons are warm before working. Start slowly, progress gradually, and stretch at the end. :-)

  • @gh382 Thats no way to build muscle. Building muscle and stretching are two totally different things. Yes, micro tears in the muscle make muscles bigger, but dont do that by boucing!!!! Do that by lifting weights!!!!
