This is a project that got employees, managers, and departments involved in the safety program. The year prior to this, the company had 89 injuries and a very high loss time rate. The goal was to build a team through out the company and to meet a 50% reduction in injuries and loss time. This project had an awesome out come on the safety program and the involvement of the employees. The end of the year total of injuries was 21 with no loss time. This is just a example of something you can do in the work place to enhance your safety program and get your employees excited about doing their part in Safety.
