problems with smartcig.com electronic cigarette

Unfortunately I have to say that this product (my exemplar anyway) does not work. I charged both of batteries included in the pack within eight hours, as indicated in the instructions, then I screwed in the battery component at the front of the atomizing device, then I placed the e-filter into the atomizing device (before this I removed the sealed cap), but after that when I draw the air in, nothing happens, no light indicating, no smoke. All of this I described above happens with both batteries.

But, there is something interesting not described in manual. This happens with one of batteries. When I unscrewed above mentioned battery from atomizing device, the LED light starts to flash five times in green.
It's not all. I need to note one more thing. When I screwed batteries in charging device, the indicator of one of both batteries is flashing five times in green, but for second battery no indicator light turning on. The indicator light in charging device keeps to be green, not red, as it described in instructions manual (it happens for both of batteries).

UPDATE: sometimes with one of batteries when I draw the air in, red light turns on, after that green light ir blinking five times. Sometimes battery's green light is turning on without atomizer (as can you see in this video)...

@pottuloota It's dead. It's not worth the hassle of trying to clean it either. Get a manual battery that has a button to press to fire and a sealed connection and you'll be less likely to get juice down into your battery.

I have had this a couple of days. Last night my battery flashed a few times and stopped working. I thought that ok, battery is dead so i re-charged it but this morning when i tried it even the light didn't turn on and it's just dead. So annoying, i'm glad that i still have one that works.

You got e-liquid inside of your battery and is causing the auto switch inside to go off.
