Anonymous, the hacktivist group is now targeting the Koch Brothers. Yesterday, they temporarily took down the website of the Koch funded group, Americans for Prosperity. Saying that the Koch brothers actions "to undermine the legitimate political process in Wisconsin are the final straw." Both Sconnie a participant in OpWisconsin and Anon, a source within Anonymous join the show.

  • @MrTreantHugger

You mean like the SUPER PACS are doing with our political system...?

  • @MrTreantHugger Oh, sorry, the organization point... I refer to the Westburrow website hacking. It happened while live on a radio show/web cast, while a member was talking to the head of the 'church'. They obviously can organize, they just want people to believe they can't. False security.

  • @MrTreantHugger Kids? Really? How do you know they're kids? I'd like to know. As for their anonymity being a great flaw, maybe... But just because you don't know every member of the FBI doesn't mean they shouldn't be taken seriously, does it? As for them being legitimate, they've hacked the Westburrow website while a member talked to the head of them on a radio show, they helped the Occupy protests, and they've brought bills like ACTA to light. Counterpoint good sir, or madame?

  • @TheLawliet10 So, Anon as an organization lacks the basic structure of an organization. That's greatest strength is their greatest flaw. No one is going to take a bunch of kids hiding behind their keyboards seriously. Anonymity takes away all their legitimacy.

  • @MrTreantHugger Ok then, let's say 100 members of Anon where taken down. How many are left? It could be 3, or it could be 3,000,000. And new members are literaly everywhere, I could be a member or you could.
